Boxing for Fitness

The benefits of Boxing training are endless. Throughout the years Boxing has been used by elite athletes, sporting teams and the general public as a popular form of health and fitness.

Correct Boxing training can aid Weight Loss as it works all parts of the body and reaches all areas of fitness including Cardiovascular fitness, Muscular endurance, Muscular strength, Co-ordination, Power and Stamina.

Group Training

Start your training with friends and share the costs of having your own trainer lead you both through a challenging, fast-moving exercise programme that will strengthen your body, burn calories, and get you results.

You can join one of our established group exercise classes or start your own! Your personal trainer will lead you and your group through a total body fitness workout.

Work out with a small group of 2-8 people, with a trainer to lead you through a challenging, full body workout that will get your heart racing, your blood pumping, and keep your motivation levels high!

Each workout is based on scientific exercise progression and sound physiological principles. Within weeks, you’ll notice a difference in your strength, your energy, and your overall fitness level.
